We have been told once we pay the cancellation fee they will be taking their bin away in 90 days and we do not have to pay any service fee till that date. We called them to confirm and once our cheque is processed they won't be billing us but they are still billing us and told us we have to pay it till the cancellation day.

It is ridiculous thing that they trick people like that. From our last call the lady said to us they can make an exception for a month to not to pay one month but it is not the money issue it is your company's reliance to do business.

Monetary Loss: $516.
