Had 5 yr.contract with Standard Waste to handle 30 yd open dumpster for office / whse.

2nd yr of contract WM acquires Standard Waste then starts charging inactivity fee from $290- $640/month when I don't have at least 2 hauls. I argue not part of contract, WM response too bad it's their standard policy, they can't make enough money under existing contract. While fighting the charges, I pay invoices to keep WM from wrecking our company's credit.

WM says no refund, now at $4,386, sign new contract (higher costs) or they will pull dumpster and kill account.What happened to an agreement is an agreement?
