This company has the most screwed up customer service department and an even worse billing department. Pretty obvious they don't have a clue what they are doing.

Constantly changing the autopay things and not letting customers know, then telling them they are late on payment,etc. How hard would it be to advise the customer that something has changed so that they can update or do whatever they need. Better yet stop changing things constantly for the worse and so there aren't issues. Would advice against using them.

We are looking around for another service. Even if they charge more it would be well worth it!
